DWTS Elimination: America Got It Wrong?Sabrina Bryan's Sent ...

Sadly, due to Sandy, I missed Monday night's Dancing With the Stars performances. But thanks to Sandy, no one was sent home! So after three performance episodes without a single star being given the boot, last night was chock-full of DWTS fun?and a horrible elimination!

Even without seeing Monday's show, I had my picks as to which stars should hang up their dancing shoes. While they're all bringing their A-game this season, I'm ready to say good-bye to Kirstie Alley (the season's resident low-scorer), Emmitt Smith (great performer but lacks the finesse of the other celebrities), or Kelly Monaco (another back-of-packer). But as DWTS-twists would have it, the current low-scorers, Monaco and Smith, were the first to learn that they were safe.

Season front-runners Gilles Marini and Shawn Johnson were also declared safe, so it had to be Alley, right? Wrong! The actress was next to learn she will be coming back next week.

Then it was down to Apolo Anton Ohno, who was told by judge Carrie Ann Inaba that Monday night was his breakthrough number, Melissa Rycroft, who received a standing O from judge Len Goodman, and Sabrina Bryan, who took home a perfect 30. What!?

And in a repeat of her first season on the show, Bryan was sent home with a perfect score. Wow America, we really got it wrong this week. And I take partial responsibility. Without electricity, I wasn't able to vote!

I was nearly too shocked to take note of next week's performances, but here's what's coming up in the first-ever fusion dances. The lowest scoring teams picked two dance styles for their fellow competitors to perform to a single song. The pairings will be:
